Samsung Chat isn't working with one person.

My S22 Ultra just updated and with the new update the chat isn't working with only one person. We tried alot of different options. Diagnostics, Samsung Support, shutting the phones down and restarting them. Has anyone had this problem? Or know how to fix it?

Please, submit an error report directly to Samsung.

Right after the issue appears, please submit an Error Report. Samsung Members app->Get Help->Feedback->Error Reports
