Exempt an app from "close all?"

Is there a way to exempt an app from closing when I swipe up and hit "close all?" I would love to exempt my music app so it doesn't stop playing music when swiped away.

In the Recent Apps screen, tap the icon at the top of the app then tap Keep Open. This should do what you are looking for.
