Missing Samsung Cloud Restore

Since the June update, I cannot seem to locate the Samsung Cloud option in the Settings app. I tap on my name at the top, and I used to have an option to back up and restore what's in the screenshot below. Screenshot was taken on the Samsung Cloud website, where I cannot restore them to my phone. Anyone else lose this?

What path did you select to get to that screen? On my Z Fold 3 I would select Settings>Accounts and Backup>Backup or Restore (under the Samsung Cloud segment).
Then tap the Backup Now at the bottom of the screen.

That's what I used to see until the June update. The previous screenshot was from the website, so I know the backups exist, I just don't have a way to restore them. Here's what I see now:

Install Nova launcher > add a widget > under Nova Launcher add the Activity widget > locate Samsung account storage > select Restore activity

I think you bought your phone directly from Verizon (NOT unlocked). That's why.
