Message exclamation point error

Anybody come across this:

Received a message, but with an exclamation point.

The orange circle isn't going away, even after a phone restart, force stop & clearing cache.🤷‍♂️🤔

My S22 Ultra is up to date.

Have you tapped on the orange circle with the exclamation point on it yet?

The orange circled exclamation point means, IT DIDN'T GET SENT! Now you'll want to hard hold the orange circled exclamation point and 3 options will pop up- 1. Re-send 2. Forward and 3. Delete.

That doesn't help. It won't resend it, this can't happen to everyone. But I can't even answer the VA. AND IF THEY CALL, ITS IMPORTANT!

Tapped the exclamation. Shut phone off an on strike there
