TalkBack needs a feature that describes photos. It will describe images on Facebook and Instagram, but it won't describe pictures and screenshots in Messages, Google photos, or gallary apps.

There is already. When you're looking at pics in your gallery there should be a little icon that looks like any eye in the top far right corner. Click that and it has 4? Different options to choose from. I only have translate and discover on mine now but played around with all them at first. Hope this helps!
