      <description>&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Hello! You can use Smart Switch to update your device by using the following steps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;To update, connect the mobile device to the computer with the USB cable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Open Smart Switch on your computer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;If a software update is available for your device, Smart Switch automatically prompts you to update.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;If you're still not able to update your device and there is an update available I would suggest taking the device to a certified technician, so they can reflash the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
