    <description>Oh no! So, to be perfectly clear, you have tried both the "Wipe cache partition" and "Repair apps" options in the Recovery Menu, correct? If you have done both, kindly navigate to the Support tab of the Samsung Members app. Find phone diagnostics and test the "Proximity recognition." Does the test pass?</description>
