Hello! In the camera have you clicked the settings wheel and scene optimizer to make sure it and the "scan document" are both on?

I am not sure why the latest version camera on my S22 Ultra lost features. Under Photo mode, the night icons no longer appears in the dark. I also can no longer scan a paper or ID card that used to be displayed in yellow rectangle. I'm using version 13.1.01.28.

You're right, I never even noticed that. But, at the bottom of you swipe to "more" there is a night mode you can utilize

I think they automated some of them to auto detect. Let me know if you find that setting and if it works for you.

My scene optimizer is grayed out stating "not available while using filters". We're on to something but I'm not even sure what filter is on. I never changed any settings unless I did by accident.

The filters I believe are that little magic wand looking thing at the top. You can click that and make sure "original" is selected. It could have been turned on inadvertently.

Omg Thank you for this suggestion I've been going crazy for days trying to figure out why I didnt have the moon/night mode on the photo anymore it stopped working when the new update was done! This fixed it for me. Somehow my filters were set to Cool which I never changed them from original but this worked and now I have the night 🌙 option on my camera photo button back!!
