    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm sure you would have noticed there is a higher bitrate optional setting for the video camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tested this out and I have noticed recently that it does the complete opposite and records at a lower bitrate, I have tested this repeatedly and there is no doubt.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This was not the case a while ago, but I'm not sure if it's just me, whether something is wrong, or whether it's actually normal and I'm missing something.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some help on this would be nice&lt;/P&gt;</description>
