Samsung browser keeps popping up when unlocking my phone

I don't know if anyone else has this problem but. Samsung browser keep opening up on my phone. It gets annoying. Spoke to customer care and they tried but it's still happening.samsung 22 Ultra

Samsung A53 5g it was opening up on its own and randomly I had the same issue, I reset my devise now its back like when I bought it no issues so far hated that I had to reset my device but happy all those issues are over now

Froze up too I couldn't use my devise had to rest it or be without a phone was so disappointing

Samsung browser kept opening on its own hated it did it all the time freezing up and pop up games was horrible at times couldn't even use my phone

I factory reset lost many information and still having the same issue, tired of it now.

Did you try unsyncing it with your samsung account?
Go to: settings > apps > Samsung Internet > Samsung Internet Settings
Turn of Sync with Samsung Account, and while you are in the prior screen, make sure it's not the Default Browser App.

Can you force stop and use chrome to see if it persists if you don't use it?

Yes, about 4 agent did that by me gaining access but it still opens up on there own

So I turned off syncing and still having the same problem. It was not the default browser.

I've tried factory reset all kinda reset plus two human agents and the chat pot on troubleshooting support and still doesn't work

Even when do not allow is turned off and updates are turned off it automatically turns itself back on

It looks like you have done all the troubleshooting that I would suggest for this. You can submit an error report for this by going to your Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports.
