    <description>that's the point - why should you have to do that? especially since there was a time when you didnt.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;the iphone allows you to link/merge which ever contacts you want across different lists. and once upon a time, the same could be done on the samsung and google groups - simply select two contacts, go to more, and select link/merge. the only way you can merge any contacts together now is for samsung to automatically pick them up as duplicates. there is no way to do this yourself. unless I'm wrong. is there a way to manually link/merge contacts that samsung does not pick up as duplicates?</description>
