      <description>Make sure location and Bluetooth are on in phone. Next Reboot the modem and the reboot router. Now Make sure the tv and phone and TV are on the Same 5ghz wifi network. Next pull down a from the top of phone open smart view. Now you will see tv on list . Press connect ok on tv and enjoy</description>

      <description>I'd also suggest that your device is not in too close proximity of other Bluetooth and Wifi devices. Be sure you device is near your Television as well. You can also reset the network settings on your Television. Personally, I've run into this issue too many times to count.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I personally experienced issues with both Samsung DEX and Samsung Smartview. Performing the suggested tips by both the replies of myself and &lt;a href="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/102313"&gt;@JBTechfanatic&lt;/a&gt; should resolve your connectivity isssues.</description>
