Help with RCS on Samsung Messages with T-Mobile carrier

I currently have a s22 ultra my carrier is T MOBILE. I want to swicth from google messages to Samsung messages but I dont have an option to activate rcs On Samsung messages. Any hepl?

T-Mobile doesn't support RCS on Samsung text messages only on Google

I know AT&T used to a few years ago...don't know if they still do.
