topic Alarm sound tied to media volume in Galaxy S22

My phone recently had a system update and since the update my alarms volume has been tied to the media volume slider. So if the media volume on my phone is off the alarm doesn't have sound even if the alarm volume is set to full in the app. This wasn't the case before the system update, I just want the alarm volume to be independent of the other volume sliders, is there a way to set this up?

Hey there! I can absolutely understand how that can be frustrating.

I would suggest submitting an error report by going to the Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports.
