Can no longer upload files within any web browser

Today my S22 Ultra got the December update WL1. Tonight I was on a Web site and needed to upload a few files (picture and PDF). Before I would get an option at the bottom to allow for File Upload. Now it just says Take Picture and Record Audio. I tried Chrome, Samsung internet browser, and both are like this.

By accident, the next time this happened to upload a file and it only showed Camera, Camcorder and Voice Recorder, I moved a bit on the screen, and actually to the right of Voice Recorder is File Upload that is hidden off the screen. It should not be like this and listed where it's visible.

I have the galaxy A54 and this is happening to me its a big problem cause I do a lot of work on my phone this must be fixed cause now my phone is no longer a smart phone
