I just noticed my camera lence on my S22 ultra is broken. What's an easy and quick fix.

Not an easy fix, you have to take off the back glass, all lens are attached to the back glass, it is one housing unit.
Part is cheap taking off the panel, not so easy.

I concur with Robin621k. The camera lenses are a part of the back glass. And even for professionals it's still a challenge even for them to open up the phone. But the back glass carries less risk then like a front screen repair. I would recommend doing an exchange of you have a warranty on the phone, because it'll cost more to fix if something goes wrong unless the repair person offers to pay for any repairs of any fault of their own. Definitely go to a professional for a fix though if you have to. Don't go anywhere else.

I like to go to Best buy. They gave me reasonable estimates in the past.
