Authenticator disabled ?

I use the Microsoft Authenticator app for all my accounts, and today, it won't allow me to verify my login to another one of my Microsoft accounts. Does anyone have an idea why? I have a network locked s22 ulta, which I recently factory reset due to various issues since January updates. I'm finally getting my verifications via SMS, but I'm having this issue trying to get back into my account. I'd appreciate any help/ideas. Thanks

The only idea I could have is possibly using an old device. That was used to use the same off the Authorization app/account to help get things going.

Has it worked at all since factory reset? Because of the reset. Does it possibly think your phone is a new device?
