Hello!

I can't get a screenshot by swiping my hand across the screen anymore! Pushing the side buttons does work but I don't like that method. Please help!!

Go to setting and tap on advance features and from there tap on motions and gestures, then lastly tap to turn on palm swipe to capture.

I have that turned on already. I turned it off and back on, but it still doesn't work.

If you don't already have it installed download the Good Lock App and then download RegiStar and then you can set the Side-Key to Press and Hold to take a screenshot

The side key works. I want to hand swipe.

Thank you for this. I finally turned off the power to my phone, waited, and turned it back on again. VOILA ---- it solved my issue!

My issue is solved. I just needed to restart my phone. Thanks for your suggestions!
