Hello, I understand how frustrating it is when you are unable to connect to your service provider's network. If you are unable to connect to your provider's network, try the troubleshooting steps here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-troubleshoot-mobile-data-issues/

We also recommend submitting an error report: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html

My phone had been doing this for a month now. Every time I leave my house or job my phone don't work. Samsung was supposed to give an update to fix this issue. They did, Now it works here and there. It will work for 5 minutes then cut off. I need my phone not just at home. I can't Google maps to get somewhere that I don't know. I can't research something, make a call, send a text. Nothing that you need you data for. This is crazy Samsung please I'm begging you to fix this issue. For everyone
