S22 ultra had crack screen

This phone had a crack on my screen under my fiber glass screen protector. My screen protector did not crack. But the s22 screen itself crack. I tried to claim one time repair for free. They brought up some excuses said that my one time free repair expired. That is bs. This phone built with cheap materials. Easily crack. Not very happy with their service. I guess I need to buy a different product but not samsung

Take it to a phone repair shop if possible. If it's just the glass, it should be a cheap and easy fix.

I recommend using Samsung's direct repair it's 199 you get new frame and battery https://www.samsung.com/us/support/crackedscreenrepair/

How do you know in 199. Because I spoke with samsung rep. They gave me this price. I don'tthink 199 will work with this phone.
