I may be wrong also, but that's why it's better to bring it to an authorized repair person to get it tested. They'll know for certain. I know that hardware issues usually start sporadically until they fail completely.

For the last 2 weeks my S22ultra screen goes black occasionally but the background still goes on. Lets say l'm watching youtube, the sound still continue when the display goes black. It will come back to normal when the phone was left alone for a while(~5 mins). Otherwise I had to hard reset (Vol down+Power) to get it back ON. I got System Ul not responding popup few times. I tried Wipe Cache Partition, Force Close and clear cache System UI and Google Play Services. but none seem to fix the issue. Any insights?

It sounds like your phone is having a hardware issue. Try bringing it to a authorized Samsung repair store for them to test it.

If its a hardware problem it shouldn't be turning back ON after a hard reboot. I might be wrong.
