      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I go to my voicemail and listen to my messages first I get the phone number then the name then the day then date and a bunch of other stuff I don't want to hear so how do I disable that preamble prior to getting the message?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
