S22 ultra not receiving monthly security patch or one ui 6.1

I bought my s22 ultra used-like new on Amazon in March and haven't gotten a security patch nor the 6.1 patch. Anyone know why?

You wouldn't want this update messed alot of phones.up such as can't use them or it deleted another of things without doing it on your own I lost all my contacts and all my saved pictures

Have you heard anything about no network connection? I can't find anything. I got a new sim today and it fixed it for a bit but same thing happened a few hours later.

I have a s22 ultra and after the only white point 6.1 update my notification panel does not show me my notifications when I drag them over the location panel down is anybody else experiencing the same issue

1. Is your phone eligible for the update? 2. Your carrier is responsible for pushing the update out, so you might want to contact them. 3. I've personally had no problems with the update, though it does seem many people have, so maybe it's good to wait.

It's June 16 and my S22 still hasn't received the Android 14 update with UI 6.0 and I go into the phone's settings in the security and privacy section and it shows that I have a pending update but I hit update and it doesn't nothing comes out, I also haven't received any security updates since October 2023

On mine I have the June 1st security update as of the other day last week thankfully on my s22 Ultra as it is up to date and it has the One UI 6.1 Android 14. So the software on mine is up to date

I have a Galaxy S22 Plus. In Sept 2023 I switched from AT&T to Spectrum. My last security update was Sept !, 2023. When I check for updates it just says my phone is up to date. Yesterday, I spent 2 hours on the phone with Spectrum, Samsung, and AT&T. Samsung says they cannot update the phone, as updates come from the carrier. Both Spectrum and AT&T say they cannot update my phone because the updates come from the manufacturer. AT&T said they have had MANY complaints about The S22 series phone not updating, and phones with problems after updating. So I'm guessing there's a problem with Android 14 or One UI 6 on some of the S22 phones. And we will either get the update push when the problems are solved, or maybe not at all. ???

Samsung has no control over when users get their updates, so please check with them for further information. I have a s22+. In September 2023 I switched from AT&T to Spectrum. The last security patch I received was September 1st 2023. No UI 6 and no Android 14. Yesterday I was on the phone 2 hours with Spectrum, Samsung, and AT&T. each of them claimed it was the others responsibility to push the updates. I strongly suspect there are problems with many S22 series phones and Android 14, and they are either working on the problems or just not updating them.

I too am having problems with updates. My s22 ultra has not been updated since Oct of 2022. I have done the run around with Samsung and my carrier, consumer cellular. Each stating the responsibility for updates is the other's responsibility. When will Samsung step up and fix the problem. Samsung continually tries to sell me a new phone. Fat chance if this is how they correct problems. Samsung, can you provide a way for we customers to update our phones directly. So we can bypass the carrier. This is ridiculous attitudes for the price we spend on their product.
