Secure Folder Issues

Ok, I haven't used the folder in a while but when I tried to enter it, the phone freezes, then shows the boot animation and acts like it turned on, if I interact with the phone after it boots it crashes and boots again. They only way I got out is by force restarting which worked. I deleted the folder then got it back but as it's creating it. The same thing happens.

Do you know how to delete your cache partition on the download menu. If hard reset helps some I'd bet that this option should do the trick.

Mines duplicating and locked me out/ taken over accounts and personal info (yes i have read the constant changing of privacy definitions).
