How, when, where can I get download a copy of the unreadable update notes on the S22 Ultra upgrade processed to my phone today?

It's too long and small to read on the phone and the phone does not allow the print function.

I'm sure there must be someplace to get it?

You can go to your settings/about phone/tips and there is a big header of what's new in OneUI6, which summarizes and more clearly explains new features. If you want the complete notes, go to settings/Sofware update and tap on the last update section, It will bring up the summary notes, and has a link to the full document.
