    <description>I have Verizon, Visual voicemail is free. Transcription is the premium service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't pay for Visual voicemail. What they are taking about is data costs. If you don't have unlimited data it can make you go over your data limit</description>
