      <title>Help even tech support can't help.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an issue even tech support cannot fix. When I plug my phone into my desk top or my laptop I cannot get either computers to see my phone. I want to transfer music and photos back and forth but no luck. Every time I connect phone to computer the phone starts to charge. I went into dev settings and changed the connect from charging to data transfer but no luck. I thought the phone was bad but second phone has same problem. Last support session they said transfer files thru the cloud but I prefer to do it thru my desktop where my editing tools are. If I can't fix this issue I will have to go back to an Iphone. With the Iphone I just connect to my computer and my computer auto ran my photos program. Any help please????&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yea make sure it's a cable that supports data transfers. There's different usb-c' cables that can do different stuff</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your laptop or desktop does not have a USB-C port you cannot connect your phone via cable. You need to get one of these:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="Adapter1.JPG"&gt;&lt;img src="https://us.community.samsung.com/skins/images/DD139D32DF314532B95AB1DCF8A8671B/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="Adapter1.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;A USB-C to USB-A adapter.&amp;nbsp; You also need to use the cable that came with your phone that has USB-C at both ends (or any PD cable).&amp;nbsp; Your computer will not see your phone otherwise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you tried samsung flow on both devices Bluetooth turned on mirrors your phone and your can send files I haven't tried to send any though but got it mirror . Back and forth files may work best with one drive.</description>

      <description>Have ypu checked your desktop's device manager? Open it up and plug and unplug the phone a few times and see if it reloads. Also, just to be thorough, the phones are screen unlocked as well yes?</description>

      <description>Sheesh iight so assuming you're there's no hub or usb pci card inserted and the port itself does support 3.0 minimum then I have teo suggestions. Try updating the bios and any other manufacture drivers for your mobo . Still no luck then we gonna have to go to the cmd line</description>

      <description>Huh. It's a usb driver that connects android usb devices to pc's. Mine works perfectly with full access to phone files, etc. and is using Samsung Electronics Co.
