&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;I would suggest clearing the cache of the device by following the below steps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Turn off the device&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold the appropriate buttons to enter recovery mode. The buttons you need to press may vary by manufacturer, but some common combinations include:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Volume up + power button&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Volume up + home + power button&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Volume down + power button&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Use the volume buttons to navigate to Wipe cache partition&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Press the power button to select the option&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Select Reboot system now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;If it's still not working after clearing the cache I would suggest backing up your information and doing a factory data reset.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;If even after the reset it's not being discoverable, the next thing would be to have a certified technician take a look at the device!&lt;/P&gt;
