Galaxy S22 no "Forward" on SMS

Soo I have Galaxy S22 TMobile unlocked and there is no Forward SMS button.

I've tried multiple ways and I don't want to change my SMS app.

Trying to forward SMS spam/phishing as per TMobile website but the limits of my message app won't let me!

Any chance @Tmobile and @userGj22vB51qt can come up with a fix?

I just tried in Samsung Messages. Long-pressing the desired message gives me a popup with a forward option. I primarily use Google Messages now, which also requires long-pressing but with forwarding in a menu rather than a popup. It should be there somewhere.

I am using "Messages" app. Version 13.1.22.1 as the latest version.

Both Samsung Messages and Google Messages show up in the app draw as simply "Messages." Samsung Messages has a blue text bubble icon with three dots, while Google Messages has a blue text bubble with three lines. Based on the version number you provided, it is safe to say this is Samsung Messages.

If you are using the Google messages on the S22 Ultra go to Messages- Select the message you are forwarding - hold the text for about 2 seconds until something pops up - you should see a setting called forward - press forward and you can forward the message

I am using Samsung Messages is why I am posting on Samsung community. I have no interest in using another messaging app.

Long pressing a text message gives only the option to "Pin to top"

I think you have to hold the message in samsung messages as well, when you hold the message you are trying to forward is there a option to forward or no?

Open the text conversation that contains the message you wish to forward.Press and hold on the message.Tap the Forward option. ...Search for and select the recipient in the Contacts tab. ...Tap Done. ...Once ready, tap the Send button (angled right arrow) to deliver the message. That's the best I found on the web and if doesn't help, that's the best advice I could give, hopes this helps

Same problem. I just get pin to top, no option to forward or share.

Having the same problem. Push and hold SMS only provides "Pin to Top" and "Block".

How can we forward SMS's. Tried both Apps, Samsung Messages and Google Messages. Same Result.

In google messages open the text and in the top right corner click the 3 dots and you will see Forward and in Samsung Messages open the message and long press on the message you want to forward and select Forward

Looks like nobody has an answer. I have also looked all over the internet. We can't seem to get an aswer as to WHY there is no Forward option!!!

This is the typical Samsung junk we all have to live with. There is no way to forward the whole conversation from someone or some thing which sent a text message to you with the Samsung messaging app - probably on ANY Samsung phone, not just the S22. This poses a problem when attempting to forward a communication to one's provider's spam reporting system. One can forward an individual message, but that does not contain the details the spam reporting system requires to ensure the spam gets properly reported and potentially stopped.
The solution is to go with a different mobile device manufacturer; the same thing I plan on doing when this useless device is replaced.
