I think I am in the same boat My home screen just keeps flashing and I can't access anything.

If you hold down on it, and press the details. The three dots on the very top left let you downgrade. The downgrade works, just done upgrade when it asks.

quick question for you are you running a ad blocker DNS? it seems like when they updated if you have an ad blocker DNS up the game hub won't come up anymore, as soon as I turn off my ad blocker DNS it works again.
