    <description>&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Hey there! I can certainly understand needing your wifi and bluetooth to work as they were designed to! I would suggest doing a backup of your information and trying a factory data reset to try to reset anything that's just not working properly!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;If you have tried a factory data reset and are still having the same issue the next thing I would suggest is to have a certified technician take a look at the device.&lt;/P&gt;
