      <description>Yes I tried it multiple times. I cleared data and cache. Set the app again. The app does load previously received voice mails, but, when the new one comes, it does not load.</description>

      <description>I have the same issue after the last update, just keeps me an error"says" there was an error loading visual voicemail. It doesn't show any messages at all and I use my phone 70% business and I need it to work . I paid way too much money for basic features to not work on my 22Ultra</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is the solution that actually worked for me on my S23 Ultra.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Visual Voicemail or Voicemail. Click Force stop. (This was important!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then click on Storage. Do Clear cache and then Clear data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then go to Settings then open General Management look for reset and reset mobile network settings only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then go back to Home. Open Visual Voicemail. It will then go through its setup and ask for the permissions it needs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I did all that, Visual Voicemail starting working again!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my case, I switched carriers on my Galaxy S22 Ultra. Visual Voicemail wouldn't connect, even after trying the reset steps described previously.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My new carrier (USMobile) has a voicemail password reset option in their app, so i used it and tried network reset steps again. Visual voicemail still had the old messages downloaded, but none since the switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used the option from visual voicemail to dial in, entered my new (temporary) PIN and then used the automated prompts to reset it back to the one I wanted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That solved it for me - the app recognized the new message(s) I knew were there - it had to re-download older ones, but listed them, too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've researched and tried all the noted fixes, none of which work on my Galaxy S24 Ultra on Visible network. I chatted at length with Visible. They only had the same solutions I'd already tried. At this point, I'd just be happy to get rid of the visual voicemail setup screen and have the voicemail icon call *86 the way it used to. So very frustrating.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think the issue might be password related, or just needs a password change to reconnect. Seems like Samsung now needs a 7-15 digit password for some reason, but my voicemail password was only 4, and had been for&amp;nbsp; 15 years. It wouldn't work when I tried to change it through the visual voicemail, but when I went to standard voicemail and changed it to 7 digits, and then changed it in visual voicemail, it started working again after not working for a couple months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried this as well, but as soon as I get a new voicemail it reverts back to the same error. By the way I’m using a Galaxy Flip 6. 2nd one as AT&amp;amp;T suggested it was a defective device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
