Call app not working S22 Ultra

My call app suddenly isn't working? Everything else works on my phone. I have disabled and re enabled my Sims card, restarted my phone, did a software update, tried resetting my app cache. I'm unsure what to do. It was working earlier today and it hasn't come back. I checked for outages too. No one else is having issues in my family. I'm using a Samsung S22 Ultra. Any suggestions?

What is the issue ? The app won't work or you can dial but doesnt go thru ?

It just resolved itself for whatever reason

If it happens again, try uninstalling the app and reinstall. If that doesn't fix it, then it may be a service issue and not your phone. Good luck

Having issues with my call app but u can't uninstall it since it's built into the phone itself
