Won't connect via bluetooth

My phone stopped connecting to everything via bluetooth. It started with my laptop. It would pair but not connect. Now I'm trying to connect to a pair of headphones I've already paired to and it won't connect to those either. It doesn't even show my previously paired devices

Settings>search>Reset wi-fi and Bluetooth settings

Restart your phone.

Try connecting again.

Same problem

Resetting did nothing to help
