My battery draining quickly has been my issue. At 30% the phone shuts off. Finally got to 100% but was stuck around 65% for the longest time. Need that new 7.1 update. Turn off all the garbage apps. We don't want or need them. If we do we know what to click. The battery drain for faster is not worth the less battery time. Fix the battery draining issue Samsung or you lose a customer forever. Not happy battery issues after this update.

Hey there! I can absolutely understand needing your device and it's features to work how it was designed to. Let's try a few steps to see if we can get this taken care of.

You can clear the cache of the device by following the below steps.

Accessing recovery mode:
The exact key combination to enter recovery mode varies by device, but typically involves holding down a volume button (usually "Volume Up") along with the power button when turning on the phone.
Navigating in recovery mode:
Once in recovery mode, use the volume buttons to scroll through options and the power button or another designated key to select.
Wipe cache partition:
Look for an option labeled "Wipe cache partition" and select it to clear the cache.

If it's still giving you the same problems after clearing the cache you can also try to back your device up and do a factory data reset.

Open Settings
Tap General management
Tap Reset
Tap Factory data reset
Review the information
Tap Reset
If prompted, enter your security lock credentials
Tap Delete all to confirm
If you have a Samsung account, enter your password to confirm

The last thing I would suggest is having a certified technician take a look at the device if none of those steps seem to help!

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.

I tried accessing recovery mode by holding volume down & power button , but recovery mode did not appear.

power off, Restart, Medical Info & Emergency Call appeared. Would going to settings / Storage/ Modes and routines / then clearing cache work to help Android Auto connect again?
