Sim card not being recognized

My cell keeps saying i need a sim card so I got 1 and just popped up again that I need a sim card

It's active had it for about 5 years

Hmm maybe need to replace the Sim card or perhaps you didn't use it for some time

Call your internet/cell carrier ask for troubleshooting dept. They may tell you to have another cell by you so they can talk you through steps. I had to have a friend and their cell so i could take care of the trounleshooting

I did all of that also but still telling me to insert sin card, but very random. S21
