Blue ring pops up on screen

When i touch my screen a blue ring pops up around where i touch. if i drag my finger across the screen the blue ring follows it. I turn it on somehow and can't figure out how to turn it off... Somebody help please i appreciate it

@BONEDAGGER Your screenshot indicates that you clicked on "Bluetooth PBAP". You don't want to do that.

Got to phone settings -> Developer options. Scroll down and you should see an "Input" section. In there is the "Show taps" option.

Check in accessibility, interaction and dexterity , ignore repeated touches. This displays a thin blue circle when we touch or swipe.

So much I thought my phone was ruined and trying to listen to videos when people talk so fast and write it down was crazy this was the first time I could find something that was not and IT terms, I'm going to go try this right now!

Bonedagger is correct. I was answering, but I almost missed what Bonedagger said, lol. It took me a while to figure it out myself, but I knew that I had just turned the "ignore repeated touches" option on the day before I noticed it. Just like I was wondering what the "waterlock" feature was cause, I've never owned a smartwatch. I literally thought it somehow sealed the watch, lmao. But it's just so the screen doesn't recognize water as touches. And it makes sense because I can't tell you how many times I've experienced that on my phone from wet hands, the phone going crazy until I dried it. lmfao

Broo, you are a life saver, thank you very much. I got that problem on my galaxy watch 6.

Others suggest resetting the accessibility settings, but on the Galaxy Watch 6 that option is not available.

BONEDAGGER IS DEFINITELY A LIFE SAVER!. My wife accidentally turned it on (not surprised because I always have to fix her phone problems 👀) and hadn't been able to fix it for 2 days and she finally asked me to fix it and all I did was google the problem and BONEDAGGER'S solution poped up.
