    <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;When restarting my phone I get a popular from the Setup Wizard claiming my phone is not activated and I need to contact my provider. Anyone else having this issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Edit: I've had the phone for 2 years and never an issue until now. So it's not a new activation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
