    <description>Thanks for responding...The screen is half black and white bounces and flashes on the lower half, but I've tried to get to my account on the screen, it's impossible as far as my Google accounts, I removed the device from my account but haven't had the same luck with Samsung. My end goal is to remove samsung acc and factory reset if possible. I just don't know how many options I have for accomplishing this without the screen.</description>
