Have you tried clearing the app cache, to clear the cache go to settings, apps, select your messaging app, storage, clear cache. If you are still experiencing issues after clearing the cache please submit an error report&amp;nbsp;by going to the Samsung Members app &amp;gt; Get help &amp;gt; Send feedback &amp;gt; Error reports.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
