Black lines accross the screen

Perfect phone nothing wrong with it, all the sudden black lines from the top and bottom of the screen can be seen. Too bad I freaked out and restarted my phone and the issue went away.

should I be concerned?

If if doesn't happen again and you're phone isn't doing other weird things besides the usual things phones do I wouldn't worry. I know that's easier said than done
