Unable to hear audio on my truck radio

I have a problem with my phone in my truck. I'm not sure if it is a phone problem or a problem with my radio in my truck. I can't hear the radio and when I try to adjust the radio volume, it says phone volume. Not radio problem. I hope somebody can help me with this.

If your phone is connect via Bluetooth.

Go to your Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > and next to your truck in your Bluetooth there should be a Setting icon click that and make sure the Audio is turned on.
