An e-SIM is just a physical SIM card that has been transfered into your phone so that you no longer need a physical one. Yes, use your e-SIM. 🙂

After looking all the information over via the email you sent me; all is well! You have absolutely nothing to be concerned about. Remove the other devices and carry on lol. 😅

The e-sim IMEI will always slightly differ from that of the physical SIM, that I assume, you transitioned from fairly recently? Both are technically registered on your carrier's network. There aren't that many differences that I saw between the important info in your email, and where there were it was expected and completely fine due to U (carrier locked) vs. U1 (unlocked) firmware. You can confirm this info with Straight Talk, but I see nothing strange.

I have a similar issue. I have an s21 ultra and an older tablet. The model numbers as well as serial numbers are all different, different dates and carriers. 5 registered devices. I only own two. And the carriers are different on them. I've also had a hacking,,trolling group that somehow is able to verbally assuilt me inside my home and in my vehicle as well. I am 99% certain they've gotten access to, well everything. And I believe that this happens thru the electrical wiring and DC charging devices. I say this because alot has been ruled out. And again I hear them!

I also can record

this so I'm not loosing my mind. But these showing are no surprise. The phone has been known to travel to places I've never been and while it's 100% right next to me when I sleep. If I get any sleep. This activity drones on into the night, and is happening when I sleep. Here's a link to the recordings. https://www.youtube.com/@Eddysstrangesituationplayers

Same thing with my Note10+ that Ive never had issues with until Dec 2023 when my google account was hacked. The apperance of my note completely changed, the graphics, look amd feel of the layout and apps. Literally everything. Then all of a sudden every phone and tv connected to my home network AND my car that connects to my phone changed, down to new security certificates being added to all my devices and car. My brain is fried from this
