S23 Ultra zoomed pics off center

Only for the last week, when I take pics on any zoom level between 30 and 100x, despite the subject being centered on the screen, the picture comes out either incredibly off center or with the subject not in the picture at all. This is the case for all ratio settings with the high zoom factors.

Turn off adaptive pixel and set quality preferred in Camera Assistant

This partially works but every now and then the photo is again off centre. Besides, the quality is reduced.
