    <description>Yes I removed every Account which is Microsoft from my phone. I even reset my phone for the 3rd time I have had it. Ended up using a different account for my one drive which has less space on it. No idea how to solve this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You would think format the phone would work. Having 1 gig less backup space will probably be my answer.</description>

      <title>Samsung Gallery Backup Issue with Microsoft OneDrive account connection</title>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;So I am having an&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Issue when&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Samsung Gallery&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;connecting with&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Microsoft OneDrive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The Microsoft Account&amp;nbsp;is refusing&amp;nbsp;the connection which I figured out by successfully connecting with another Unused account which I keep alive.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I don't know how to remove the Samsung Account from Microsoft to resolve this issue.&amp;nbsp;I&amp;nbsp;deleted all of my app&amp;nbsp;connections,&amp;nbsp;but didn't see any Samsung&amp;nbsp;connections.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Searching this topic has been frustrating.&amp;nbsp;And I would rather be using&amp;nbsp;the account with more space than 5Gb standard.&amp;nbsp;I have&amp;nbsp;two screens shots which show the error.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;What I need is exact instructions on how to&amp;nbsp;remove the Samsung Account from Microsoft OneDrive Account.&amp;nbsp;And instructions on how to log out of the alternate Microsoft account.&amp;nbsp;Heck&amp;nbsp;and now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I&amp;nbsp;just figured out that OneDrive is not OK,. Because the alternate account and My&amp;nbsp;main account are both logged in .&amp;nbsp;To different systems...
