Software Update Disabled

I noticed the software update feature on my S23 ultra has been disabled. My last download was the October security patch two days ago. It's grayed out a d does nothing. Any recommendations would a help.

Try this really quick, it could work and there is absolutely no harm in trying. With the phone turned off, press + hold power and volume up buttons until the Samsung logo disappears. Using volume keys, highlight Wipe cache partition, and then power to select and confirm on the following screen. Returning to the original menu, use volume keys to navigate to Repair apps, then power again to select. This will reindex all the apps on your phone.

This worked for me when my update download got stuck.
ADB commands:

adb shell

am force-stop com.wssyncmldm

pm clear com.wssyncmldm

So Software Update has been fixed. Unfortunately, I had to do the dreaded factory reset. I recommend trying to restoring your google account first.
