So check it out, this is what I mean. The top one is made through samsung gallery and the one in the bottom was sent to me by my friend

This was whatsapp, but same thing happens with both samsung messages and even Google messages. When I select a sticker a message comes up saying "Converting into Multimedia message"

Stickers in Gallery are meant to be applied to a photo.

MMS will convert the sticker into a compressed image file so that it can send it.

I guess you can, but to send them the app is going to compress it to an image file.
