Missing S-Pen Features

I have noticed I have missing features from my S-pen on the new s23 Ultra. Mainly the "Screen off Memos" and "Quick Notes". They do not appear under Settings|Advanced Features| S Pen. Every tutorial I could find on YouTube shows toggle switches for both of those there. Likewise they are not available on the Air Command pop up, or the ability to add them under the add function. What am I missing here? 😞

I don't have an option to create a new note either?

Absolutely true, I have watched many videos and still can't find a way to those two functions in S23U. The off memo mode does not appear when I remove the locked Spen

I downloaded samsung notes and it works perfectly fine!
