NDI HX Camera output feed can't be found in ethernet after update to ONE UI 6

I had used my S23 Ultra as a live camera through NDI feed into vmix in my laptop.

After I upgrade to ONE UI 6, the NDI HX Camera app work as preivously, but I can not source the NDI feed from my S23U as before. I had tried the vmix and Studio Monitor within NDI Tools 5, both of the softwares can not source the feed from S23U, but other NDI camera works fine with these softwares.

I'm not sure if any upgrade change effect to the NDI function, does anybody have any idea about that? Please help.

Found the following temporary solution from the Vizrt website to connect the NDI HX Camera in Android 14 system from PC, it had been verified that works:
