Hello,

After one ui 6.0 update, whatever pictures we take with 50 mp camera is refining and adding different colors. It either makes the picture dark or yellowish. This is very annoying. I have reset camera settings, turned off screen optimizer etc but its still the same. Can someone from samsung please help?

Hello, there. We recommend for any issues with your camera, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001329/

note: this is a multiple-step troubleshooting guide, at the end of each step select the "no" option to go to the next troubleshooting step.

If this does not assist, we recommend submitting an error report to alert our engineers. You can find those steps here. this is an international link, but the steps should be the same in the US as well: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
